1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using WhereIsIt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Subscription and Billing
WhereIsIt offers a 14-day free trial of the Pro subscription. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
3. Pricing
- WhereIsIt Pro Monthly: $2.99/month
- WhereIsIt Pro Yearly: $19.99/year
4. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial package tracking purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in ways that violate any applicable laws.
5. Tracking Data
The App retrieves tracking information from third-party carrier APIs. WhereIsIt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tracking data provided by carriers.
6. Gmail Integration
If you connect your Gmail account, you grant WhereIsIt read-only access to scan for shipping confirmation emails. This access can be revoked at any time through the app's settings or through your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by WhereIsIt and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
WhereIsIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost or delayed packages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
